With his vast experience and training, Felix Donosti, founder and owner of Coffee Cooking Studio, is passionate about this world having started his career in 2004.

Certified Barista since 2010 and AST since 2013 and Arabica Q Grader since 2015, National Judge homologated SCA 2012 and Technical Judge in the national finals, trainer of baristas for different championships, achieving awards such as Trainer Champion of Spain Barista SCA 2016, Trainer Runner-up of Spain Barista SCA 2018 and Trainer of 3rd Classified of Spain Brewing SCA 2019.
